12:45 intro of Vanda Teixeira, CEO of the To Be A Woman Global Platform, speaking on “Creating Excellence in Organizations, One Woman at a Time”

1pm Lunch is served

2pm Goodbyes and New Beginnings…

The purpose of the luncheon is to celebrate and honor the Empowered Women of Atlanta and surrounding areas who are already serving as Ambassadors of Excellence in Organizations. Secondarily, we would like to introduce these empowered women to a new, global platform called to be a woman through which we will raise the global awareness that:

  • Women must tap into themselves first to create excellence within, before they can create excellence in their families, relationships, businesses and their global communities
  • We have the solutions, in the form of tools, guidance, knowledge and inspiration, for women to empower themselves to create this excellence within themselves and their organizations
  • We have the knowledge to help women begin to lift each other, mentor each other, encourage each other and empower each other… something that needs to be powerfully seen in organizations

Finally we aim to create a core leadership for this initiative to help share this light and pass on this light by being shining examples of the power that comes from within and how it can transform the world.

Background:

There has never been anything like this before. This is the first global platform wholly created for the advancement of excellence that aims to empower people from within so that they may be more of who they are meant to be and less of who they are not. We are a platform of balance rather than equality. We view men and women as just simply different, however equally powerful, who need not to be more than one another, but to be more of each other.

Our vision is raising the awareness of women, of encouraging the expression of their feminine energy, in a way that will enrich the world as it balances and further enriches the men, homes, communities, organizations, and countries of this world.

We will help women understand the importance of giving themselves permission to empower and nurture themselves so that they may create excellence in all aspects oftheir lives, and will then give them the educations, tools, guidance and inspiration to actually do it.

Key issues of importance to address: the event is a luncheon designed to honor and celebrate the empowered women of Atlanta, with a focus on creating excellence in organizations by being empowered from within. We would like the Keynote speaker to say a few words about her experience and perspective on women in business and leadership and the importance of empowerment. We encourage her to say a few words about her personal beliefs and how aligning her role (as the leader and in other aspects of he life) to the beliefs empowers her to be more successful.
